Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard, the first ten days of September; soft pressing of the grapes and maturation of the base wine in stainless steel tanks; Metodo Classico sparkling wine-making, with manual remuage on pupitres, disgorging with simple topping up, without adding sugar; maturation on the lees varies depending on the requirements of the vintage.

Tasting

Brilliant pink colour with fine, persistent perlage; intense nose of strawberry, raspberry and pink pepper; creamy, elegant and balanced on the palate, with hints of small red fruits.
