Description

The harvest takes place in the second ten days of October for all varieties, with complete maturation of Cabernet Sauvignon and slight overripeness of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Crushing, destemming and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration for 14 days at a controlled temperature, not exceeding 28°C. After racking, the wine completes the malolactic fermentation in steel and is subsequently decanted into barriques where it matures for 18 months.

Tasting

Deep and shiny garnet colour; nose of raspberry and currant with slightly herbaceous notes. The sip maintains a soft fruity and slightly vegetal vein; it is balanced, with ripe tannins and with a long persistence and intensity.

Roasted red meats, braised meats, game and game, mature cheeses.
