Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2019

Manual selection of grapes. Harvest period: October. Fermentation and maceration at low temperatures in contact with the skins for approximately 25 days, pumping over and délestage. Aging in 25 and 50 hl oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Further refinement in the bottle before marketing.

Brilliant ruby ​​red colour. On the nose, aromas of wild rose and wild strawberries emerge, with notes of pink pepper. On the palate it is agile and energetic; the pleasant fruity sensations persist. Savory finish with very fine tannin.

Aperitifs with cured meats and Bra sausage, agnolotti del plin, baked turbot with potatoes.
