Description

A calcareous-clayey soil with a sandier structure in the more recent plantings of the Cannubi sub-area. Vinification in vitrified concrete tanks, where fermentation takes place on the skins for 15/20 days. The refinement is completed in medium-capacity Slavonian oak barrels which enhance the freshness of the younger Nebbiolo vines.

Tasting

The aromas are fresh and delicate, of fruits and flowers, and the flavor is harmonious and moderately tannic, typical of young wine.

Pairings

Agnolotti with ragù, medium-aged cheeses and roasted or braised red meats.
