Nebbiolo
One hectare of vineyard on calcareous soil tending towards silty. Fermentation and Maceration: in steel tanks at controlled temperatures (26 – 27 °C) for 7-9 days. Maturation and refinement: 6-8 months in French or Slavonian oak barrels (20-40 hl.), 2 months in steel and 2-3 months in the bottle.
Ruby red color, with garnet reflections. On the nose, dried flowers and black cherries in syrup, with notes of coffee and nutmeg. Full-bodied and intense sip, with great balance and freshness, and long persistence.
Mushroom risotto, roast or grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
