Description

The grapes are pressed and left to ferment on the pomace for at least 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 28°C. In the spring following the harvest it is placed in barrels where it will remain for at least a year and where the malolactic fermentation will take place. Aged for 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Garnet red colour. Nose of medicinal and balsamic herbs that integrate well with pleasant hints of gentian and liquorice; fine and slender sip, marked by subtle tannins and dynamic freshness.

Important second courses of meat and game; mature cheeses.
