The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The contact phase with the skins, at a maximum temperature of 26°, lasts from eight to ten days. Malolactic fermentation ends at the beginning of winter. A period of further refinement follows, first in steel for around eight months and finally in the bottle for another four months.
Ruby red in color with violet hues. On the nose hints of cherry with floral notes of dog rose, sweet violet and light spicy sensations of pepper and tobacco. Soft sip characterized by sweet tannins and good freshness; pleasant fruity aftertaste.
First courses with meat sauces, roasts and grilled meat.
