Description

The winemaking is carried out with spontaneous fermentation using Native yeasts and maceration on the skins lasting 18 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic and aging in 500 liter tonneaux for 36 months.

Tasting

Deep ruby red color, tending towards purple. It is intense and complex, of red fruits, wild herbs, spices. Wine of character and great longevity.

Pairings

Long-cooked, moist, overcooked meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
