BottlesManual harvest in small boxes in the third ten days of September; delicate destemming and immediate fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel containers, frequent delestage, racking and vacuum pressing of the fermented grapes. Maturation in steel containers for 30 months with cold decantation without prior filtration. Followed by refinement in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.
Brilliant ruby red colour; complex nose of red berry fruit, black cherry, plum, chocolate and liquorice root. Enveloping, intense and warm sip, with well-blended tannins and a long and satisfying finish.
Braised meats, game, game, truffles, mature cheeses.
