Description

12 days left on the skins, after racking, refinement for 12 months in 20hl or 30hl oak barrels and subsequent refinement in the bottle for 6 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color. On the nose stand out berries, plum, cherry in alcohol, with notes of cloves, cinnamon, candied orange peel, vanilla and cocoa. The sip is enveloping and silky, balanced by the right acidity. Long spicy persistence.

Braised meats, stews, game, mature cheeses.
