Description

Manual harvesting at the end of September, picking of the grapes in the morning during the coolest hours, soft pressing of the whole bunches; bottling in spring and re-fermentation in the bottle with the addition of the must of Vino Santo Trentino fermenting with its own indigenous yeasts.

Tasting

Straw-yellow colour with fine perlage; lively, intriguing bouquet, with hints of yeast; fresh, pleasantly soft and persistent on the palate.
