Description

The grapes collected and laid out in wooden boxes are left to dry slightly, in a natural way. Pressing of the grapes and fermentative maceration on the skins for a few days, subsequent refinement of the wine in acacia wood barrels.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow colour. Complex nose, with all the typicality of the Nosiola grape. Soft and harmonious sip, long lasting, enriched by the drying of the grapes and the passage in acacia barrels.

Dishes based on freshwater fish or vegetables, white meats, soft tasty cheeses.
