Description

Manual harvest in the first half of October; spontaneous alcoholic fermentation on the skins for approximately 20 days in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 24-26°C; malolactic fermentation carried out. Aged in large 20Hl barrels for 12 months and in bottles for 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red color with garnet reflections; intense, persistent nose of ripe red fruits and spices. Full, round, harmonious, rightly tannic on the palate with hints of red fruits and liquorice.

Grilled red meats, lamb, mushrooms, mature cheeses.
