Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; vinification with complete carbonic maceration for 8 days, to maximize the fragrance and fruit; alcoholic fermentation for two days in contact with the skins, racking with light pressing and completion of fermentation; decanting for a few weeks and bottling.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with lively purple hues; fragrant nose, with an overwhelming fruitiness of ripe cherry; persuasive, warm and intriguing sip, with a pleasant sensation of softness and a bewitching intense flavor of morello cherry.

Roasted chestnuts, cured meats and cheeses, dried nuts.
