Description

The over 50 year old vineyards are managed according to sustainable management methods with careful tillage and manual work. The manually harvested grapes are vinified in small volumes, manually punched down and the wine will be aged in oak barrels for 12-14 months. The wines thus obtained express the purity and finesse of Pinot Noir while retaining great aging potential.

Tasting

Muscular Pinot Noir, with an intense color. On the nose the small red fruits, blackcurrants and liquorice typical of the appellation, which over the years shift to spicy, leather and truffle notes; great body and softness at the same time, vigorous elegance on the palate; grade aging potential.

Pairings

Roast lamb, grilled red meats accompanied by sauces, semi-mature cheeses.
