Grenache Noir 70%, Grenache Gris 20%, Macabeu 10%
The three grapes are vinified together in a concrete container and ferment spontaneously on the skins for about 2 weeks. The wine is always aged in concrete for 8 months. Unfiltered, unclarified, no added sulphites.
On the nose hints of currant, blueberry and wild berries; light, fresh, enjoyable, salty sip.
First courses based on meat, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
