Description

Manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation with rest on the skins for 12 hours, malolactic fermentation carried out naturally, no clarification and no stabilisation, aging for 8 months in steel and 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; aromatic nose of ripe pears and peaches, with floral notes and an iodized finish; fresh and savory sip, with dynamic tannin and long finish.
