Description

Manual harvest, soft pressing, preventive static decantation of the musts, controlled temperature fermentation in steel; the wine ages in steel for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; fruity and fragrant nose, strongly typical of the production area, with hints of wild mint and aromatic herbs. The sip is dry but enveloping, with a light bitter aftertaste.
