Description

Separate vinification for the individual varieties and almost always preceded by a short cold maceration of the grapes in a closed press. The musts, after static decantation and adjustment of the fine lees, are vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages on the fine lees until bottling in March/April.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; Broad nose with floral notes of yellow flowers, hints of citrus and tropical fruits; Fresh and mineral on the palate, with excellent aromatic persistence.
