Description

After a rigorous selection in the vineyard, the whole bunches ferment spontaneously in concrete tulips. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, it is drawn off directly into barriques where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains to mature for 15 months. It then refines in the bottle for a year.

Tasting

Rich and elegant wine, complex bouquet of red fruit with a tendency towards jam. Very present spicy vein, rich and enveloping sip.
