Description

The harvest takes place in the first ten days of September, carried out by hand after careful sorting. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, maturation for 6 months on the fine lees, refinement in the bottle for 2 months.

Tasting

Clear yellow colour, aromas of aromatic herbs with hints of peach and citrus fruits. Balanced, fresh, mineral.
