Paolo Scavino Barolo DOCG

The grapes are harvested from seven different crus and vinified separately for each parcel; fermentation takes place in wooden vats, with long maceration on the skins; the wine ages for 10 months in French oak barriques and for another 12 months in large barrels; it is then blended, left to rest, and bottled, where it ages for several months.

Ruby red color with garnet hues; complex nose of ripe red fruits, spices, and undergrowth; powerful and harmonious on the palate, fresh and elegant, with soft tannins and a long finish.

Game, stewed red meats, braised meats, mature cheeses.
