The vineyard was planted in 1980, the first vintage produced dates back to 2001. Vinification and maturation in cement with spontaneous fermentation, aging 18 months in bottle.

Aromatic nose of cherry and candied fruit, red flowers and berries; elegant, enveloping, slightly fresh sip with velvety tannins.
Land-based appetizers, grilled white meats, game, mature cheeses.
