Hilly production area, in the production area of Gavi D.O.C.G. Sparkling winemaking technique: classic fermentation in the bottle, maturation on the yeasts for over 24 months.

Tasting

Thick and soft foam, abundant; continuous and persistent perlage. Straw yellow colour, lively and brilliant. Intense and persistent aroma; complex and sincere in its purity, light note of toasted hazelnut, well harmonized in mineral and floral hints. Strong and complete flavour, delicately acidic, with pleasant hints of almond.
