Passito “Donna Daria” Fior d’arancio Colli Euganei DOCG 2019

Pure yellow Moscato from the Monte Castello vineyard. Drying of the grapes for approximately two months, maceration on the skin for a few days and fermentation, maturation in steel to preserve all the freshness and complexity of the material, refinement for 6 months in the bottle.

Golden yellow color, intense and concentrated nose reminiscent of mandarin, sage and rosemary; it is a very classy wine, elegant on the palate with citrus notes and long persistence.

Blue cheeses, goose liver, creamy desserts, dry pastries.
