Passito “Sette Carati” IGT 2006

Created from a careful selection of native grapes, dried for 3 months on racks. Aging follows a meticulous, artisanal process of pure mastery. It refines for 8 years in seven barrels of seven different woods, to give life to a one-of-a-kind sweet wine.

Bright amber yellow color. Very intense and complex nose, of plum, dried apricot, hazelnuts and almonds, with balsamic hints. In the mouth it is immense and the concert of the olfactory bouquet returns. Very long, interminable, exciting.

Exceptional as a meditation wine. I Sette Carati is perfect to pair with tasty cheeses, dry pastries, cakes with dried fruit or excellent dark chocolate.
