The destemmed grapes are left to macerate in a steel container for 24 hours, then separated from the must and delicately pressed. The wine remains on its fine lees for a period of approximately four months before bottling.

Intense straw yellow colour. On the nose hints of exotic fruit and floral notes of hawthorn. Fresh sip, with good flavor and balance.
Excellent in combination with fresh cheeses and fish salads, it also goes well with vegetable first courses.
