Manual harvest in crates, destemming and soft pressing; the crushed grapes are transferred into terracotta amphorae for alcoholic fermentation started with a pied de cuve prepared previously and started with indigenous yeasts; maceration on the skins for approximately 24/48 hours, malolactic fermentation and maturation in amphorae for 12/24 months.
Straw yellow color, nose of yellow fruit with floral notes, fresh, savoury and harmonious sip.
Seafood appetizers, fish-based second courses, shellfish.
