Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation on the skins, maturation for 2 years in acacia barrels, refinement for 2 years in the bottle.

Tasting

Ripe, full-bodied and aromatic. Aromas of Williams pear, peach and alpine hay. The sip is full and mineral, juicy and savory, with well-integrated tannins, long-lasting.
