Perla 2019

The harvest is slightly late, and a small quantity of grapes are affected by botrytis. The wine is vinified in 1000-liter acacia barrels and matures there for at least a year. It ages in the bottle for a further year before being released.

Rich nose, with nuances of honey, yellow fruit, and hints of apricot. The palate is rich, smooth, and balanced. A pleasant, salty finish typical of the Garganega grown in those areas.

Crustaceans and molluscs, oysters, seafood first courses, aged cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.
