Pinot Noir 100%
Careful selection of only Pinot Noir grapes, harvested manually in mid-September. Maturation for at least 6 years on selected yeasts in own cultures. Vineyards owned by the Lunelli family cultivated in the highest areas within the farms of Villa Margon, Maso Orsi and Maso Valli, at over 400 metres.
Yellow color with gold reflections, very fine perlage. Great olfactory complexity, fruity and mineral notes, tropical hints, toasting and peanut butter. Sumptuous sip, full and soft, refreshed by flavor and citrus. Long and enveloping finish.
Throughout the meal. Try it with Focaccia and mortadella with Bronte pistachios, bucatini carbonara.
