Manual harvest in bins with selection in the vineyard; traditional winemaking from spontaneous fermentation with daily pumping over and racking after 6/8 days; maturation in steel and wood.

Deep ruby red colour; nose of blackberry, plum and morello cherry, with spicy and balsamic notes; juicy and powerful sip, velvety and persistent.
