Pet Nat Vol. 1 2023

The grapes are harvested at the same time and ferment together whole bunches in steel tanks with light maceration on the skins. It is bottled with residual sugars and then ferments in the bottle. It remains on the lees for six months before disgorging (à la volée). It is topped up with the same wine and is not dosed.

Delicate and engaging nose, with white flowers, anise, and nectarine prominently. Light and smooth on the palate.
