Description

The grapes are harvested at the same time and ferment together as a whole bunch in steel tanks with a light maceration on the skins (1 week). It is bottled with residual sugars and then ferments in the bottle. It remains on the lees for 6 months before being disgorged (à la volée). It is topped up with the same wine and is not dosed.

Tasting

Expressive nose with notes of watermelon, wild strawberries, and tea leaves. The palate is fresh, with a prominent mineral note that fills the mouth. It finishes with notes of lime.
