Teroldego
Harvest in the first ten days of October; vinification in contact with the skins for the entire duration of alcoholic fermentation, without temperature control; racking and passage into small wooden barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place naturally.
Intense red colour with violet hues, powerful and intense nose of berry compote and stone; enveloping and rich on the palate, confirming the austerity of the aromas, with balanced minerality and acidity.
Stewed red meats, game, medium-aged cheeses.
