Petite Arvine Valle d’Aosta DOP 2023

Manual harvest in the first ten days of October with selection in the vineyard. The grapes arrive in the winery collected in boxes, intact; we proceed with a soft pressing followed by cold static decantation. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 18°C ​​in steel containers. The wine is then shaken on the fine lees for a few months before being filtered and prepared for bottling.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant fruity and floral nose. Fine sip, fresh but at the same time intense, persistent and elegant, with aromas of fresh white fruit with light notes of exotic fruit; marked minerality.

Aperitif, appetizers, vegetarian dishes, crustaceans and molluscs, fresh cheeses.
