BottlesManual harvest in September, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel; matures in steel for a year and refines in bottle for six months.
Intense ruby red colour, brilliant and lively; fruity nose of undergrowth with hints of cherry, notes of violet and spices (licorice and cloves); soft and velvety sip with aromatic persistence in the aftertaste and hints of red fruit; soft and balanced tannins.
Grilled meats, structured first courses, medium-aged cheeses.
