The vineyards are located in the municipality of Botticino in the amphitheater of the Botticino hills, where the nature of the soil and the particular microclimate have always been suited to the cultivation of vines. The roots of the vines rest on and penetrate the Botticino marble that makes up these hills. This results in an important absorption of minerals, which we then find in the flavor of the wine. The harvest is carried out by hand in the first ten days of October. The vinification takes place in steel barrels at a temperature of 26-28 degrees, 12 days of maceration, maturation in medium-sized oak barrels with multiple passages for 24 months and finally in concrete barrels for approximately 5 months. Bottle aging from 6 months to 1 year, depending on the vintage.
