Piandorino 2022

The grapes are selected on the sorting table as happens for Rosso and Brunello, and then ferment spontaneously for about 9 days at a maximum of 29°C; the wine ages for 18 months in 12.5 hl oak barrels and refines for a long time in the bottle.

Ruby red color; nose of red fruits and violets; structured and elegant sip, with dense and smooth tannins and returns of red fruits.

Grilled meats, aged cheeses.
