Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; red vinification in contact with the skins, with a part of the grapes being dried; Over 36 months of maturation, of which at least 12 in French oak barrels; It then refines for a long time in the bottle before being sold.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; complex nose with hints of morello cherry, plum, spices and balsamic notes. Full-bodied, savory and persistent sip.
