Description

Destemming of the grapes with vinification in steel; matures in 25hl oak barrels for 15 months.

Tasting

Light ruby red colour, brilliant with garnet reflections; nose of berries with spicy hints; on the delicately tannic sip the olfactory sensations of berries and spices return, with a pleasantly almondy aftertaste.

Ground appetizers, first courses, cured meats and cheeses.
