Description

Harvested by hand in boxes with selection in the vineyard. Coming from the Rasl vineyard in Partschins, it ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (18 °C) with indigenous yeasts. It then matures 6 months in steel until bottling at the end of March.

Tasting

Straw yellow in colour, with a fruity and juicy flavour. A fresh and agile wine, reflecting the Alpine terrain from which the grapes come.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany fish starters and light dishes.
