Description

Traditional vinification in steel at a controlled temperature; the wine matures in steel tanks and 20% in large 30hl oak barrels for 5 months.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Nose of ripe apples with a touch of citrus, a light hint of hazelnut and spicy notes of white pepper. Full and robust sip, elegant and characterful, creamy, savory and mineral.
