Description

The manually harvested and selected grapes are sent whole to the press where they undergo a soft pressing. The must, clarified by cold static decantation, ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18° C. It matures in steel on its yeasts for 5 months.

Tasting

Light and bright yellow color, with greenish reflections. Nose of white flowers, apple, apricot and artemisia. Fine, elegant, balanced sip, with a beautiful acidity that blends harmoniously with the fruity structure.

Light appetizers, soups, vegetables, freshwater fish, shellfish, white meats.
