Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; soft pressing, cold static decantation for 18/24 hours, fermentation in wooden barrels (demi-tonneaux); the wine matures on the fine lees for 6 months, with periodic batonnage.

Bright golden yellow color; nose of pear, apple, plum and lemon; silky, balanced and complex sip, with a mineral finish.

Starters, vegetarian dishes, freshwater fish, slightly mature cheeses.
