Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard in mid-September; the fermentation takes place in the presence of the skins in open 22hl vats without temperature control and without selected yeasts, enzymes or clarifications; decantation for a month in stainless steel tanks, then in 12 hl oak barrels for at least a year; refinement in glass for at least 5 months.

Tasting

Bright golden yellow color; nose of apricot and lemon; dry and aromatic sip, balanced and extremely silky.

Aperitif, starters, vegetarian dishes, roasted white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
