Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional white winemaking with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20°C in steel; the wine ages in steel until April and then refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Floral aromas reminiscent of wildflowers and hay, with hints of flint and ripe white fruit; dry sip, with great roundness and citrus freshness, with good persistence and intensity.
