Description

Manual harvest, destemming and red vinification in contact with the skins in wooden vats for two weeks, with periodic immersion of the cap; the wine matures for a year in used tonneaux and for another 8/10 months in oak barrels.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; nose of plum, cherry and berries, with light spicy notes; fresh and fruity sip, of elegant simplicity.
