Description

Traditional red vinification with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Tasting

Dark ruby red and garnet color. Intense aroma with pleasant notes of berries and morello cherries. Full-bodied and velvety flavour, elegantly tannic. After a long maturation period it presents a delicate chocolate note.
