BottlesManual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; white vinification with soft pressing and contact with the skins for 24 hours; fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20 °C in steel, where the wine then matures until bottling in April.
Aromas of great finesse, floral and fruity, of currants and pomegranate; full sip, of great freshness and elegance, and of excellent tannic substance.
Aperitif, cured meats and young cheeses, meat carpaccio, grilled vegetables, grilled white meats.
